In the latest “Inside Exchanges BHM Edition: Yes Abroad Program” developed by the U.S. Department of State, AFS and YES Abroad Alumna Wanjiku Gatheru, who spent a year in Thailand, discusses her international education experience and what diversity means to her. Wanjiku is now a Rhodes Scholar studying environmental governance at the University of Oxford! She was also named one of Glamour Magazine’s 2020 College Women of the Year.
