The AFS-USA Compliance Advisory Group develops recommendations and provides input on ways to ensure that AFS-USA achieves full compliance with all regulations and standards of the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel, the US Department of State, and the AFS Partner Network.

All volunteers are encouraged to apply, however, to expand the diversity of knowledge and experiences represented by the group, we are seeking at least one new member from one or more of the following:

• A team from the Southeast or Pacific Northwest regions of the U.S.
• A large, urban team
• A team that is looking to substantially improve their compliance performance
