• Sakura Scholarship
  • Award Amount: 2 partial scholarships (50% of the program fee)
  • Program: Year program to Japan
  • Merit and need-based scholarship
  • Eligibility: High school students with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Deadline: August 29, 2019; 11:59 PM EST

• Yoshi Hattori Memorial Scholarship
  • Award Amount: 1 full scholarship
  • Program: Year program to Japan
  • Merit-based scholarship
  • Eligibility: High school students with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Deadline: August 29, 2019; 11:59 PM EST

• Pride Scholarship
  • Award Amount: 2-4 scholarships of up to $4,000
  • Programs: Year or Semester to any destination
  • Merit–based scholarship
  • Eligibility: Openly-identifying LGBTQ students
  • Deadline: November 14, 2019; 11:59 PM EST

• Aussie Kiwi Haere Scholarship
  • Award Amount: 2-4 scholarships of $2,000
  • Program: Year and Semester programs to Australia or New Zealand*
  • Merit-based scholarship
  • Eligibility: All high school students
  • Deadline: September 5, 2019; 11:59 PM EST
    *Global Choice programs are not eligible for any AFS scholarship.

• Vaya a America Latina Scholarship
  • Award Amount: 2-4 scholarships of $2,000
  • Programs: Year or Semester programs to Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Panama, Paraguay or Peru
  • Merit-based scholarship
  • Eligibility: All high school students
