In order to clarify the Religion question (Form C, Q 11) in our Host Family Online Application, we have revised the question based on feedback and input from representatives from Hosting Operations, RMCQA, Team Development and Field Operations. We hope the question is now clear, based on the department of state requirements, and helpful in finding appropriate student/host family matches.

We have also revised Form D here to reflect the changes made to Form C. Going forward, please use the revised Form D. It is also available in the HFOA in Global Link.

Please note: Host families who have already submitted their applications will not have to answer the new questions.
