On July 24, all NH17 and SH18 Host Family service cases will be closed. This means the last day to record contacts and visits within MyAFS will be July 23. These contacts can still be recorded in the Contacts & Visits tab, but you may need to select “All participants” rather than the default “My assigned” to locate the student or family for whom you will enter a contact. After July 23, contacts can only be entered via Global Link, so please make sure to record them before then!
