We’ve heard from many volunteers that sometimes you go into the Interviews widget in MyAFS and see that no one has claimed an interview in the widget, but that you know someone on your team who has indeed committed to doing it. Previously, there was no way to let everyone on your team know who is doing the interview, but now there is!

Once you assign the interview to someone, they will receive an email letting them know.

Assign an interview in 3 easy steps:

Go to the Interviews Widget and click Claim Now:

Choose “Assign to another Volunteer”:

Choose the person to assign the interview to and click Submit:
