On Monday, October 30th, we are introducing a new feature in the MyAFS Contacts & Visits Widget by which liaisons can now indicate if an overdue contact or visit did not occur. This will allow us to stop reminding you of a missing contact that didn’t happen, prompt the rest of the team to find out if another volunteer completed that contact, and give team leadership a mechanism to follow-up as appropriate.
