A new feature became available in Global Link’s Hosting Lead Management earlier this week – the ability to ‘rate’ a lead, based on their level of interest in hosting. Several volunteers and staff have made this request over the last few years, so we hope this new feature is helpful in prioritizing lead follow-up.
When you record a contact in Lead Management, you now will be asked to rate the lead using the new “Lead Rating” field, with options of “Hot,” “Medium,” “Low,” or “Unknown.” Please note: “Unknown” may not be needed very often, but we decided to include it so that it is consistent with the Lead Rating scale in Sending Lead Management.
Once you have assigned a “Hot” rating to a lead, it will show up in red on your Team’s Lead Management search results. In order to search Lead Management for your “Hot” leads, you may select “Hot” in the “Lead Rating” search filter in the Advanced Search section of Lead Management.
