We are excited to announce that AFS-USA has formed a new advisory group to help improve volunteer engagement for younger AFS volunteers (ages 21-32).

We are looking for a diverse group of volunteers from across the country who are interested in assessing and developing volunteer opportunities and resources for younger volunteers.

Expectations for participation in the advisory group:

• Interest in helping represent younger volunteers’ visions for the future of AFS
• Be between the ages of 21-32 and a currently registered volunteer
• Participate in a monthly virtual meeting (likely in the evening)
• Be committed to upholding AFS-USA’s goals for inclusion, diversity, equity and access
