Today’s the day! AFS-USA is kicking off our 5 for 5 Hosting Campaign this week. Our goal? Finding host families for every AFS exchange student arriving in the U.S. this fall! 
 
AFS-USA staff members and volunteers are encouraged to complete five simple challenges throughout the course of this week, amounting to five impactful days of host family recruitment. By completing each challenge, you’ll be helping to secure host families for our exchange students and promoting AFS in your community! 

Here are the first two challenges you can complete this week: 
 
Day 1 – Monday, July 15: Local outreach – for AFS to gain more traction in your area, reach out to your local media for Press Day using our press toolkit so they can share information about hosting! 

Day 2 – Tuesday, July 16: Tear-off flyers – post this new tear-off flyer to five bulletin boards in your community or consider ordering more of our current flyers from the marketing materials storefront!
