The Participant Support Department is happy to share updated versions of our AFS Support Tools, including the Plan for Success, Support Agreement, and Warning Letter for use in the NH19 cycle forward. These updated tools were revised in collaboration with the Support Advisory Committee and input from several AFS Partner Staff.

The goal was to have greater consistency in the language in our Support Tools across all AFS-USA Area Teams and centralize the language around positive support and embracing the learning opportunities presented on exchange.

As a reminder, these Support Tools should always be used in collaboration with your Participant Support Specialist. For more information on Support Tools and to access the updated templates, please take a look at the articles on Help & Learning.
