18+ and Gap Year Programs!

Curious about which 18+ programs are available for participants 18 and over? No worries, we’ve got you covered!

This past summer we made the decision to phase out AFSNext, and to put our remaining 18+ programs under the AFS-USA program umbrella. That means that you can find them right where you find other study abroad programs on the new website! They are marked (18+) so that you can spot them easily.

We took this transition as a chance to really think about our strongest programs, so below you can read about our current catalogue of amazing 18+ programs!
