Dear AFS Student,
AFS cordially invites you to our AFS End of Year Celebration to acknowledge the completion (or near completion) of the AFS Program for 2019-2020. In addition, we would like to take this time to thank host families and volunteers who make AFS possible.

Mr. Obama, Malala Yousafzai, Bad Bunny, LeBron James, Pharrell Williams, and the Jonas Brothers are just a few special guests we will be hearing from during this one-hour special.

Guest speakers will include AFS-USA President Tara Hofmann and two currently hosted students. Students interested in being a guest speaker should email Natalie (nrehberger@afsusa.org) by May 13th with their proposed speech. There will also be time for informal reflection and gratitude sharing for students, host families, and volunteers. We will conclude the celebration by throwing our hats (borrowed graduation hats, handmade, cultural headpieces, etc.) into the air so please be sure to bring a hat! If you take any end of year photos with your host family, please use the hashtag #AFSeffect along with any relevant YES or FLEX hashtags if applicable to you.
