Back by popular demand for its 4th year, the AFS Reel Life contest invites all current and former AFS-USA Host Families and their exchange students to compete for a chance to receive a family reunion…in Orlando, FL!
Contestants are asked to submit a video or photo (and caption) that captures their AFS hosting experience. In past years, the contest has received hundreds of entries and tens of thousands of votes from the public, who help select the Grand Prize Winner. In doing so, we highlight the enduring value of exchange programs and, yes, even inspire a handful of new families to host for the very first time.
This year, entries will be accepted until May 7, followed by a public voting period to determine the 25 finalists with the highest vote count. From the finalists, one Grand Prize-winning entry will be selected at random to receive the reunion trip to Orlando.
Current and former host families will receive an email, but we encourage YOU to help us spread the word and make sure everyone is aware of the contest and prize. You can help us by sharing our Facebook post announcing the contest:
