Would you like to join other AFS volunteer leaders and staff for a weekend of learning and community building? If so, we have limited spots available for ‘at large’ volunteer attendees to this year’s AFS Summit! If you are interested in being considered for an invitation, let us know by completing an interest form by Tuesday, October 3. The 2023 AFS Summit will be held in Cincinnati during the weekend of November 3-5. Shortly after the Tuesday deadline, we will be in touch with you to confirm whether or not you will be invited to attend the Summit.  

The primary focus of this year’s Summit will be on improving volunteer engagement across the organization, which could have a big impact on strengthening AFS where it matters most – in our local communities.  If you haven’t attended the AFS Summit in the past, this annual volunteer conference is an opportunity for volunteer leaders from all over the U.S. to come together to learn more about the organization’s priorities for the coming year, to share best practices with one another, and to be re-energized by AFS-USA’s mission. 

If you are selected to attend, many of your costs for the weekend, including your travel to Cincinnati, your hotel stay, and most of your meals, will be paid by AFS-USA. Please contact us at afssummit@afsusa.org if you have questions!
