Champions Month is a nationwide initiative that focuses our host family recruitment on select AFS Exchange Students arriving in the U.S. this fall.

Throughout June, we will provide weekly emails with resources specifically geared toward local outreach for one featured student and students from a specific priority country or group. Resources will include talking points, email templates, and customizable flyers. These weekly emails will be sent to all Area Team Chairs and Hosting Volunteers, along with a national hosting update.

As an added incentive, AFS Volunteers who place the week’s one featured student with their area team should contact marketing@afsusa.org and we will send them some fun AFS gear!
