RMCQA and Support staff have made the following additions to the contacts and visits forms for the upcoming NH19/SH20 cycle:
- “Is everyone currently living in the home included in the list at the top of this form?” Added to the Host Family Monthly Contact form to ensure that any changes in the host family composition between application submission and hosting are addressed as needed.
- “Does the student’s bedroom match the bedroom pictured in the family’s application?” Added to the 30/60 In-Home Visit form to ensure any changes in the student’s bedroom between application submission and hosting are addressed. Question will include a link to the photos.
- “Any upcoming activities that may require AFS approval? (travel, activity waiver, visits)?” Added to the Hosted Participant Monthly Contact form (already included on the Host Family form)
