There’s still a little time remaining if you have not yet nominated an educator or a school for one of AFS-USA’s global awards. Please read more about both the Global Educator Award and the Global School Award here. Full nomination packets are due by 11:59 pm Eastern time on Wednesday, December 15th, 2021. The winners will be invited to join AFS-USA volunteers, staff, and partners at the annual ECA Conference March 2022 to receive their award in person and learn even more about the world and AFS to share with their schools and communities. The School Outreach Advisory Group is looking forward to reading the nomination packets and announcing the winner in early 2022, so make sure there are some candidates from your local area!
