Global Youth Service Day is April 26-28! We’ve sent a text message to hosted students encouraging them to get out and volunteer. There are many ways exchange students can leave a positive impact on their community in addition to sharing their culture, such as doing a park cleanup, volunteering at a local food pantry, or assisting at an animal shelter. Know some students interested in getting their hands dirty? You can also order Seeds for Peace packets from us and start planting!  

Encourage your team’s exchange students to participate, and don’t forget to share the experiences with us at bit.ly/AFSUSAUpload! We also ask that you and the students tag us on social media (@afs_usa) when posting photos so we can reshare them!
