Families who’ve experienced the KL-YES scholarship program have witnessed the joy, growth, and endless adventure that comes with a YES exchange experience. There are so many former YES host families and YES sending families who have benefited from the wonderful and often unexpected opportunities that come with student exchange, and we need your help to find families that’d like to open their homes to a YES exchange student this fall!

Take Lele from South Africa for example – her exchange experience not only had a lifelong impact on her as an individual, but on her host family and her community as well. YES students like Lele are eager to create a better world – imagine the impact we can have for each family that hosts a new YES student!

Here are some easy ways you can help us promote YES students who are still looking for host families:

• Share YES student profiles and audio files with your community – click here to listen to an audio introduction from Amanda, a generous and enthusiastic YES student from Indonesia who’s ready to start her exchange in the US.
• Send or print this YES hosting flyer to share with your network through social media, email, and other community platforms.
• Reach out to former host families using this email template.
