This call is designed to help Chairs better understand their role, learn how other teams approach Chair leadership, and connect with fellow Chairs about what makes the role work well.

- What only the Chair can do
- What Chairs should never have to do alone
- Common pitfalls
- Support available from AFS-USA and fellow Chairs
