This month, the Diners Club will revisit all of this season’s countries; Colombia, New Zealand, Portugal, Croatia, Tunisia, Kenya & Kosovo.  Some months we have been SO busy we barely had time to cook one recipe, so this will give us a chance to go back through the recipes and pick up another one or two that we told ourselves we would come back to.

The idea is to prepare the food before the call and maybe bring a sample to the call. On the call we can discuss our thoughts on the flavors, texture, difficulty or ease of preparing.  You can make as few or as many of the recipes as you want! Everyone is welcome!
