AFS-USA has recently developed a new online Volunteer Treasurer Training module to provide a basic overview of the role and responsibilities of the AFS area team and chapter treasurer. It includes a broad overview of finance-related processes and procedures; information and resources helpful to complete these duties and contact information for the appropriate staff when specific questions arise.
This is an optional training for AFS volunteer treasurers. We hope that it will be a helpful resource for treasurers and any AFS-USA volunteer who would like better to understand AFS-USA’s area team and chapter financial processes.
