The School Outreach “SCOUT” Advisory Group is seeking 2 new members who will begin their 3-year term on July 1st, 2024. The group meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 8:00pm Eastern time in 2024.

This year we’ll be working on opportunities and initiatives to recognize schools and educators for their engagement with AFS, strategizing about how to diversify the schools with which we work, growing the number of volunteers connecting with schools at a local level, and overseeing the global educator and school awards process for AFS-USA! It’s all positive and exciting and we need you!

Experience with education or schools is NOT a requirement to be part of this group, but a willingness to provide input and ideas with an awesome group of volunteers is. We hope you’ll complete THIS simple Google form and let us know you’re interested.
