AFS IT, Participant Support, and RMQCA Departments are happy to share a new change to the distribution of email notifications for Monthly Contacts where follow-up attention is needed by staff or volunteer leadership as the result of a Participant or Host Family contact. Moving forward, each contact filed for a Participant or Host Family individually will produce only one email notification identifying all reasons why that contact was flagged for follow-up. (Please note, an In-Home Visit, or joint Participant/Host Family Contact via MyAFS may still produce two or three emails as these are broken down into one form for the Participant, one form for the Host Family, and one form for the In-Home visit).
We hope this reduces the number of AFS emails to volunteer leadership and help staff and volunteers to improve overall communication.
Thank you!
IT, Participant Support, and RMQCA
