Throughout the month of July, we’ll be sharing social media posts, like this one, and resources that you can use to promote the YES Scholarship Program students coming to your community this fall! Hosting a YES student is incredibly rewarding, and many teams have funds dedicated to promoting host family recruitment through this program of the Department of State. If you’re not sure if you have funds available for promotion, or need some tips on how to spend them, contact Karen Mills at kmills@afsusa.org. Here are some initial ideas:
