As we move into “sending” season, we want to make sure you’re aware of all the resources available to volunteers.

New and updated marketing materials:

• We’re excited to announce that marketing has a newly-redesigned study abroad catalog that you can order on the Field Hub. The catalog includes an up-to-date list of year, semester, 4-8 week, and 2-3 week Global Prep programs. This new catalog was designed to seamlessly transfer students from print to the web with a matching look and feel, and has been reorganized to better assist our destination-focused students in finding their perfect program. It also introduces Global Prep and AFSNext into our standard offerings. You can view the full catalog here and can order copies online.
• We’re replacing the “lead card” with a new Texting Opt-in card—soon to be available on the Field Hub—to hand out to students at presentations and events. The card explains how students can send a text to start their applications. Get more info on texting in this MyAFS News article.
• Other sending-focused print materials, available here, include:
  • AFSNext brochures and post cards
  • Global Prep brochures (Inserts listing specific 2018 programs will be available in early 2018)
  • Scholarship brochures
  • AFS Bookmarks – new!

You also have access to the school presentation, which is an effective tool for engaging with schools, teachers and students. The presentation demonstrates AFS’ position as a leader in intercultural education through educational materials teaching Global Competency and 21^st Century Skills.
