We are thrilled to share that with the first group of NH22 summer program participants on their way to Argentina as of June 16, our summer programs are officially back up and running. 13 students will spend two months with their respective host families immersing themselves in an intensive high school experience. We are also happy to announce that the Argentina group includes 6 Faces of America students from St. Louis, MO, which also marks the restart of the Faces of America programing after the pause caused by the pandemic. Most of these students patiently waited on the exchange opportunity with AFS for a couple of years and we are super excited that their wait has come to an end.

We thank again the AFS volunteers assisting with the departures as well as the St. Louis volunteers for their extra efforts to prepare and see the FoA students off and coordinate with the major FoA donor to meet the scholarship recipients for the first time and be a part of their departing experience.

We wish all program participants an amazing time in Argentina, and smooth sailing to the remaining summer program groups, which will depart within the following months. These groups are headed to Spain, Kenya, France, and Denmark. In total we will have 92 participants travelling on summer programs, 29 of which are FoA.
