Supporting Schools at the End of the School Year

May has been a busy time for recognizing schools and educators!

  • Schools that hosted a Sponsored Programs student during the 25-26 school year were honored with a State Department Medallion
  • Educators were sent the Global Educator Newsletter during Teacher Appreciation Week
  • AFS/International Clubs across the country were recognized with a certificate and an invitation to connect more deeply with AFS-USA 
  • School Partnerships Staff tried to acknowledge each school that hosted an AFS student for the first time (or for the first time in a long time) during the 25-26 school year
