The news today has been difficult to watch and all of us involved with AFS hope to see peace restored through non-violent means. This message was sent today to the parents/guardians of all US students currently hosted in Europe.
As I look back over the past year at what we have been able to accomplish, I can say without hesitation that our success is due, in large part, to the unwavering commitment of you and your fellow AFS-USA Volunteers across our nation.
