Teacher Appreciation Week happens the first full week of May each year. This is a great time to say thank you to a teacher who has helped you recruit families for hosting, who has invited you to share with their class about study abroad, or who has been a great support to our hosted students.
During this week-long celebration, we’re encouraging volunteers, exchange students, host families, and staff to show teachers how much we value their presence in our AFS-USA family.
