As reflected in the updated AFS Medical Pamphlet, as of January 1st, 2023, the insurer for the AFS Medical Plan is now HDI Global Specialty SE. Participant IDs cards and other materials have been revised to reflect this change.

This change will have little to no impact on 2022-23 host/sending families or inbound/outbound participants as the coverage for 2023 remains the same as in 2022, and the process for submitting claims through GMMI, our third-party administrator, has not changed.
