Do you know an outstanding YES or FLEX student who deserves recognition for their hard work and accomplishments?

Each month throughout the academic year, the U.S. Department of State’s YES Program Officers will award a YES Student of the Month. We will choose one YES student based on your nominations to represent AFS-USA and nominate to the Department of State!

Last month, one of our AFS-USA hosted YES student from Indonesia, Mathilda, hosted in Medina, Ohio won the September 2024 Student of the Month! Please read her article here.
