Announcing the 2022 Volunteer Recruitment Campaign! You’ve been asking for help in recruiting new volunteers, and the Volunteer Engagement Advisory Group is ready to launch a campaign to help you recruit 75 new volunteers in each region over the next five months. The first task is quick and easy, so read on!

• Goal: Adding 450 new volunteers nationwide will infuse the energy, skills, and excitement for the AFS mission that you’ve been asking for. Our goal of recruiting 450 new volunteers will be a great boost, and it’s an achievable goal of adding 15 new volunteers per region per month.
• Theme: Each month, we’ll focus on one of the top reasons why people volunteer. The theme for May is helping others! We know that so many of you choose to volunteer with AFS because you love sharing your passion for helping others, and we want to find more volunteers like you.
• Tools: Throughout the campaign, we’ll be providing you with materials and talking points for reaching out to people who you think would make great volunteers, and the first way to bring visibility to this campaign is by sharing the Facebook post that was just published to the AFS Facebook page. You can also share the post published on Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn!
