Congratulations, Amanda Ferguson, on receiving a scholarship to be an event volunteer at the 2024 Youth Assembly in NYC this summer! The AFS Youth Assembly is a global platform that cultivates an international network of young leaders and changemakers through exchange, education, action and impact. Amanda has been selected as a Youth Assembly Representative, a very important role in the event. She’ll be a lead volunteer for the International Affairs Academy. 

This was a competitive process, so we would like to thank everyone who applied, and welcome you to re-apply next year. As well, thanks to the Young Adult Volunteer Advisory Group for serving as the nominating committee for this year’s scholarship to submit to AFS International.
