The Department of State has notified AFS and all other J-1 Secondary School Sponsors, that they will be reaching out to students through an online questionnaire. The questionnaire will consist of approximately 15 short questions and will ask broadly about their program experience, host family experience, and program support.

Students’ participation is optional but please inform exchange students and their host families that this questionnaire is forthcoming and will be sent from HighSchoolExchanges@state.gov. Please encourage them to complete this questionnaire.
