Part of having the School Partnerships Team in place is ensuring that there are resources in place to consistently express our gratitude to local schools who say “yes” to hosting an AFS student. Therefore, for all of our volunteers who are engaging with their local schools, we have both an email template and a helpful handout filled with best practices that you can share with a school to follow up with them after they’ve signed the hosting paperwork.
