You are invited to join a Volunteer Town Hall call with AFS-USA’s President, Tara Hofmann, on Thursday, July 25 at 8pm EDT (7pm CDT, 6pm MDT, 5pm PDT).  Whether your role is with host family finding, screening, orientations, or support –  we want to hear from you!

The call will be an opportunity to review our successes and challenges with host family finding this year and talk about how we can work together to ensure all students are placed by the end of August. One change this year is that we will have a 2nd wave of student arrivals in late August, meaning students who are not placed by the 1st arrivals placement deadline of July 23 may still be able to travel to the U.S. by the end of August – a full two weeks earlier than last year.
