Teams with Semester (SMscNH18) students who would like to extend their program to a year can request their TDS submit a program extension request by the deadline of November 7, 2018. Requests should be sent by the TDS or Support staff to the Program Extension inbox at ProgramExtension@afsusa.org by the deadline. Any questions about the process can also be submitted to this address.

Similarly, teams with students who would like to request a program release should let the student know of the November 7th deadline and ask that their natural families contact the partner office.  The partner office will be responsible for ensuring the PR request is started prior to the deadline.  This request is made via the support module from the partner to the respective Regional Travel and Logistics Coordinator in the NY office.
