Notifications for Liaison Training/Registration Expiration

At the request of the Compliance Advisory Group, we are pleased to announce that automated email notifications will now be sent to the Area Team Chair, Liaison Coordinator, Support Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator, and Associate Support Coordinator when a liaison’s training and/or registration is about to expire. These emails will go out 10 days prior to the expiration of the liaison’s training and/or registration. Please note that these emails are specifically directed to volunteer leadership, not liaisons. Liaisons will continue to receive separate email reminders as per the current process.

We hope these notifications will be useful in speeding up re-training/registration processes and preventing non-compliant contacts and visits due to a lapse in training or registration. If you receive one of these emails, we ask that you please work with your liaison to get them re-trained/registered by the expiration date or, barring that, ensure that another volunteer with the appropriate training and/or affiliation is available to make any necessary contacts and visits in the meantime. If the liaison is no longer willing to serve in that role, please ensure that a new liaison is available to make any required contacts and visits and is linked to the participants previously assigned to the former liaison.
