There’s only two weeks left for students to apply for the Visual Storyteller Scholarship, an exciting visual arts scholarship for students interested in documenting new cultures with creativity, honesty, and empathy from behind the lens!

Here’s the details:

• What type of scholarships? Two full merit-based scholarships
• Who can apply? 15-18-year-old U.S. students
• When is the trip? Summer 2019 (programs depart in late June or July)
• Where is the trip? Argentina (Global Prep – 2 weeks), Colombia (Global Prep – 2 weeks). Hungary (Global Prep – 3 weeks), Kenya (Global Prep – 3 weeks)
• How does it work? Scholarship recipients will get to borrow a camera from AFS-USA to capture their journey, program highlights, and everyday life abroad.
• What is the application deadline? March 25^th, 2020
