Wednesday, July 28th
6pm EDT: Support tools and proactive support: a review
7pm EDT: Important need-to-know’s for support volunteers: the AFS participant medical plan and AFS requirements for volunteers
8pm EDT: Best practices for dialogue facilitation and mediation
9pm EDT: Social time! AFS Bingo!

1pm EDT: Common Support Issues
2pm EDT: Wellness and Mental Health: Caring for students, caring for ourselves
All trainings and materials will also be made available to all volunteers and volunteer leaders for team-use after the workshop is complete.
