The Hosting Onboarding Unit presents a short refresher/tutorial on how to best prepare to contact host family leads using Lead Management in Global Link. For both veteran hosting volunteers, and volunteers who haven’t worked with new host families as much, this is a great resource to review best practices, tips, and tricks.
