When sending the Placement Acceptance Form (PAF) to a school, volunteers can choose to use pre-selected forms from the student’s application or select their own forms to send.  Sometimes the pre-selected forms option sends a LOT of information to the school, and the exact forms can vary from country to country.  Thus, School Partnerships staff is working to clean up which forms are sent to schools in the pre-selected option to make things more consistent and clearer for schools and volunteers.  The changes have to be made one country at a time, so it will take a little while to complete.

NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO SPONSORED PROGRAMS APPLICATIONS – YES and FLEX, in particular.
