We invite you to join our Media Literacy Training of Trainers Webinar on Tuesday, October 13 at 8pm Eastern to learn more about the campaign. The webinar is designed to provide AFS volunteers and returnees with an overview of media literacy, strategies for employing media literacy in daily life, as well as guidance on how to lead presentations on Media Literacy.
In the last week of September we launched #ChaptersSupportingAFS-USA—an idea that came from April Murphy, Chair of the Greater Phoenix Chapter and President of the AFS Arizona Superhero Team. April has asked her colleagues to contribute some of their existing funds back to AFS-USA at a time when the organization desperately needs funds.
